Travelling in a group? Caribbean Airlines’ Group Desk is standing by to guide you through the simple process of booking your group. Please review the guidelines below:
GROUP QUALIFICATIONS
- A group must contain 15 persons or more to qualify for the group discount.
- The group must depart and arrive together.
- All groups must be affinity groups with a leader.
- Children under the age of 2 years are not included in a group count
- For every six children between the ages 2 – 11 years, one adult (18 years or older) must accompany them.
APPLYING DISCOUNTS
- The group discount is 7% for all markets.
- No group discounts are allowed on X or U class fares or any limited-duration fares.
- Children and senior citizens travelling in a group will be given normal child or senior citizen discount in addition to the group discount.
RESTRICTIONS
- Groups are not permitted on domestic services (POS-TAB) and the codeshare flights with British Airways.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
- All groups must provide a deposit payment of 20% of total base fare. Applicable country taxes must be paid on deposits (e.g. VAT).
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- The remaining 80% of base fare must be collected when full payment is made, along with applicable taxes and fees.
- The only accepted forms of payment are: credit card, bank draft, government invoice or cash. Only one form of payment per transaction will be accepted.
- Deposits and full payments must be made within the specified time limit requirements detailed below.
